Easy laundry, step by step.

Choose a service, tell us when and where you’d like pickup, and wait for our confirmation before the pickup is considered booked.

Choose your service

Choose a 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-bag wash service.

STEP 02

Request a pickup

Provide your contact details, address, preferred date and time window, and laundry preferences.

STEP 03

We confirm and return

Your request remains pending until we confirm service and availability. We’ll coordinate delivery timing with you.

Pickup windows you can request

Choose a preferred window on the request form. A calendar or real-time availability system is not connected yet, so every request requires manual confirmation.
